We ask consultants for a Social Security or Tax ID number once they are working on a project. We use the number to report the correct tax information at the end of the year.
We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate use.
Cancellations are effective the same day CAC receives (by e-mail or fax) the Notice of Cancellation in its L.A. office. All payments, less $95 cancellation fee, fully refundable up to 7 days prior to online services / consulting / training starting date. After one (1)day of starting date, 35% of the fees are non-refundable. After two (2) days of starting date, 65% of the fees are non-refundable. After three (3) days of starting date, 100% of total cost is non-refundable due to the many expenses involved in arranging the services / consulting / trainings, research, and the various policies of reserving personnel, etc. For CAC members, CAC will renew your membership subscription automatically. You will receive an annual reminder about 60 days before your card is charged or a bill is sent. You may write or e-mail to cancel at any time and receive a refund.
I have read the services / consulting / training information and understand and accept the terms and conditions under which these services / consulting / trainings will be conducted, particularly those which apply to the services / consulting / training cost and refund policy. I understand that the services / consulting / trainings cost include administrative and research expenses, and do hereby release ChinAmer Consulting (CAC) and their employees from all actions, suits, claims, or liabilities for damages arising out of my participation in the services / consulting / trainings.
